What are we talking about today?

I'll get back to theme days once I find a groove of posting regularly. In the meantime, most of my posts are about some variation of books, bikes, buses, or Broadway. Plus bits about writing, nonprofits, and grief from time to time.

This blog is mostly lighthearted and pretty silly. It's not about the terrible things happening in the world, but please know that I'm not ignoring those things. I just generally don't write about them here.

NaNoWriMo 2015: Day 26

My lovely lovely characters are not giving thanks today, because they're busy thinking about lots of other stuff and also because it's not Thanksgiving Day yet in their world.

Back to the boring participant badge.
Hoping to replace this with a winner
badge soon.
Favourite snippet of the day (well, favourite that doesn't require a bunch of context): “Run along, big brother.”
“Why do you keep calling me that?” he asked.
“Did it stop being true?”

Mike and I are reading a bit about dementia right now. Your daily WriMo conversation seems somewhat familiar to our current reading list. I like yours better.

Haha. I'm a bit worried that my teenage characters' dialogue remind you of dementia reading.
